I have become more interested how to make Buko Pandan Salad,and here is it my own version.It Refreshing!
Enjoy great desserts!
- 4 cups of young shredded coconut.
- 4 cups of cooked Pandan gulaman.(cut it in small pieces)
- 3 cans of nestle cream.
- 5 ounces condensed milk
- 6 drops of pandan flavoring
- 1 cup of cheese(optional)
- Todays mixed fruits(optional)
PROCEDURE:
- In a big mixing bowl, place your young shredded coconut together with cooked pandan gulaman.
- Add condensed milk,nestle cream,Today's mixed fruits and pandan essence.
- Stir your ingredients gently.mix well.
- Then top with the cheese.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve chilled.
