This is one of my favorite healthy snack!


Ingredient:

  • 250  g any brand of pasta,cooked as per package directions.
  • 100  g baguio beans  sliced thinly                                                             
  • 2 chicken  bouillon cubes                                                                      
  • 1 Tbsp of flour
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 Medium onion sliced
  • 1 small (150 g) carrot
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can Italian style pasta sauce



                                                                        Procedure:


  1.  Boil vegetables except onion in 2 cups water until  just tender  but still crunchy.Drain  and reserve stock.
  2. Cook onion in margarine.Add bouillon cubes ,flour and milk.Cook for 2 minutes.Add pasta sauce and 1   cup vegetable stock.Simmer for 5 minutes,then add vegetables.Pour over cooked pasta Italiana.Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
