This is one of my favorite healthy snack!
Ingredient:
- 250 g any brand of pasta,cooked as per package directions.
- 100 g baguio beans sliced thinly
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp of flour
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 Medium onion sliced
- 1 small (150 g) carrot
- 1 medium potato
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 can Italian style pasta sauce
Procedure:
- Boil vegetables except onion in 2 cups water until just tender but still crunchy.Drain and reserve stock.
- Cook onion in margarine.Add bouillon cubes ,flour and milk.Cook for 2 minutes.Add pasta sauce and 1 cup vegetable stock.Simmer for 5 minutes,then add vegetables.Pour over cooked pasta Italiana.Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
